It started with one very long weekend.
In 2021, two friends tried to make their Lisbon flat a little smarter. Three days later they had six different apps, two drilled holes they regretted, and a pile of gadgets to return. The technology was clever, but it clearly wasn't made for real people in real homes.
So they set out to build the opposite: a small, carefully curated range that anyone could set up in minutes, that looked beautiful on the shelf, and that didn't cost a fortune.

When we started Orvio, we made each other one promise: we'd only sell something we'd happily put in our own homes, and recommend to our families.
